  • 1 In this issue of the journal we focus attention on the UNDCP World Drug Report 2000. We have invited reviews from Australia, the United States of America, South America and England. The reviews were written before Pino Arlacchi relinquished his duties as Executive Director of the UN Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention (which includes UNDCP) on 31 December 2001. Antonio Costa took up the duties of Executive Director on the 7 May 2002.
